How can I find a specific product?
On the top right corner of each page, you will be able to find a search box. By writing the name of the product, the product code or the color of the product, you will be able to locate the product you need and purchase it by placing it in your cart.

 

How can I find my orders?
There is a link to your orders at the bottom of each page. By clicking on this and entering your username / password information, you will be able to take a look at the status of your order.

 

Is it possible to add items to an existing order?
Although it is not possible to add items to your existing order, you can still create a new order by placing the additional items you need in your cart and purchasing them.

Siparişinizin onaylanma aşamasından sonra sistem size bir sipariş numarası bildirir. Bu numara sistem tarafından size bildirilmediyse ” Hesabım” sayfasında bulunan “Siparişlerim” bölümünden yeni bir siparişinizin olup olmadığını kontrol edin. Siparişinize ulaşamıyorsanız, kredi kartınızdan ödeme alınıp alınmadığını kontrol etmenizi rica ederiz. Bankalarla yaşanan kısa süreli bağlantı sorunları nedeniyle sistem bazen siparişinizi oluşturamayabilir. Böyle bir durumda lütfen “İletişim” bölümünde yer alan telefon numaramızdan, e-postamızdan ulaşarak ya da iletişim formunu doldurarak bizleri bilgilendirin. Müşteri temsilcilerimiz hemen sizinle irtibat kuracak, işlemleriniz finans departmanımız tarafından kontrol edilerek hatalı bir işlem varsa ödeme kredi kartınıza iade edilecektir.

 

I would like to change the address on my order, what should I do?
For orders that have not been shipped yet, please kindly call us at +90-212-438-7664 and inform us of the correct address. We will change it manually and ship to the correct address.

 

I would like to change my Invoice addres. How should I do it?
Invoice adress information can not be changed after the invoicing has taken place. We advise you to make sure invoice information is correct prior to placing the order. If you need to add another address for your next order. You can add a new address under your “Account” information.

 

I would like to cancel my entire order or a single item in my order, how should I proceed?
For orders that have not been shipped yet, please kindly call our customer service at 0212 438 76 64 to make any type of cancellation. You could also contact us about returning any part of your order by calling us at the above number.

 

How long does it take to be refunded upon cancelling my order?
After completing the cancellation of your order, an email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation. If you have paid by bank transfer, you will be refunded within 48 hours. If you had paid with your credit card, your payment will be refunded automatically to your credit card and an email will be sent out confirming the credit placed on your card. Depending on the bank that issued your credit card, the timing of credit card refunds may vary.

 

There is a missing item in my shipment? What should I do?
We recommend that you open your package at the time of delivery to check that your invoice and your package contents are the same. Please return the merchandise immediately upon recognizing that there is a missing item and inform on the return form that comes with your order what item is missing. You can then follow up with our customer service at 0212-438-7664 to get refunded for the order or for us to replace the order and send the contents again.

 

Some of the items in my order were erroneously sent, what should I do?
If the items on your invoice and the items that are in your box are not the same, you have 14 days to start the “return” process. Please call us to inform us as to exactly which item was sent erroneously so that we could rectify the order.

 

Item(s) in my order are defective.
Any defective item in your order can be returned up to 30 days after receiving the order.

 

Is there a way to view my previous orders?
Yes, all past orders can be seen under the order tab of your “My account” page.
