How can I become a member?

Our webpages has a section called “My account” on the top section. Click on it to become a member or login with your existing account

Can I purchase prior to becoming a member?

If you like you can purchase items without becoming a member. By simply entering your email address, you will be able to purchase at www.hugamama.com

I lost my password, how can I retrieve it?

Under the my account tab, you will be able click on the link “I forgot my password” to be able to get a link to your email address so that you can reset your password.

Why do I have to enter my national ID number when becoming a member?

Our company is subject to the E-archive invoicing requirements. According to the Turkish tax code, we need to collect information on your national ID to be able to invoice you.

How can I change my member information?

To change your member information please kindly click on the Personal information tab under “My account”. After making the necessary changes, please kindly click “save” to save your information.

How can I cancel my membership?
